I usually do not write reviews, unless it is really worth doing so… We got in touch with Lyn just by chance after a few very, very bad experiences with few agents. I thought that agents are just after your money and their own interest, but with Lyn…things were different! We were pressed by time, as our lease contract was ending and we had to find fast a good house. We told Lyn what kind of house we want and what is our budget. In about two hours she sent us via email a whole list of perfect potential properties for us. I was amazed! Next morning we were already seeing houses…She encouraged and supported us all the time. She never put pressure on us or suggested things that would be on her own interest (e.g. directing us toward a certain property that has a higher price, so the percentage commission would be more favorable). After about 10 days of visiting houses, we got the house we wanted. She is very knowledgeable, experienced, reliable, hard and fast working. She will support you through the whole process. Having her on our side was like having a friend, not an agent. I strongly recommend her (and believe me, I’m not doing this unless the person I recommend is really exceptional both professionally as well as person!). We were lucky to find her (after trying few other agents before her) and it was a pleasure to work with her. I would encourage anyone who need a real estate agent to GET HER.

Being a first home buyer, I really enjoyed working with Lyn. We met Lyn at one of the Open houses we visited and she really stood out to us as being very helpful and knowlegeable about the market. After some intial house shopping we decided it be best to work with an agent. We had a couple agents in mind, but we decided to work with Lyn since she had already been sending us listing for houses that were similar to what we have been looking at even though she didn't need to. During the whole process she was very enjoyable to work with and made looking at houses more enjoyable.

July, 2013, I put my home on the market in what I kept hearing was a very hot market. The first day I had several showings, I was very excited! However, this went on for many months and no offerings. The realtor I had at that time had not been in my house since the day we signed the papers, I was frustruated! I noticed my neighbor across the street put their house on the market and it sold within a couple of weeks--my frustration grew, so I contacted Lyn who was the realtor who sold the house across the street. Once Lyn went to work, I could tell the difference in realtors. Her heart and soul was involved in selling my home. She personally staged it. She consulted with me almost on a daily basis. Although, it still took a while for my home to sell, Lyn was there for me the whole time. Even when my first offer fell through at the last minute, she regrouped and restaged and then re-sold my home within days. Her homes sell quickly, she is engaged, she is involved, she is extremely knowledgeable of the Elk Creek Crossing area. I would highly recommend Lyn not only for her selling and real estate experience and knowledge, but her staging talent. All I can say is beautiful. Overall, I cannot say enough good things about Lyn. She's a true professional. Don't pass her up!!

She was very knowledgeable on the local market right down to the most competitive sales price per square foot. She staged our home and had it sold in ONE DAY at FULL asking price! We couldn't have been happier to have her as our agent. She made the process of inspections and paperwork absolutely painless and was a joy to work with. I recommended her to a friend, who also hired Lyn. Lyn again staged their home and sold theirs in ONE DAY as well!
