Being a first home buyer, I really enjoyed working with Lyn. We met Lyn at one of the Open houses we visited and she really stood out to us as being very helpful and knowlegeable about the market. After some intial house shopping we decided it be best to work with an agent. We had a couple agents in mind, but we decided to work with Lyn since she had already been sending us listing for houses that were similar to what we have been looking at even though she didn't need to. During the whole process she was very enjoyable to work with and made looking at houses more enjoyable.

Lyn was so easy to work with. She responded to every email, call, text promptly and always followed up. She didn't rush us to buy our first home. She was always so friendly and very knowledgeable. I will definitely use Lyn again if I need to buy/sell a home. When we decided to buy our house, she helped us every step of the way and made sure we were comfortable with the buying/closing process. She even stopped by after we moved in to say hello. Great customer service! I can't say enough good things about Lyn!

We met Lyn at an open house before we had a realtor. We called her to set up a meeting and to look at a couple of houses and she knew exactly what we were looking for! We asked to see 3 houses, and within an hour she had quite a few other options for us to look into. The house we purchased was one that we didn't even know about until Lyn emailed us all the different links! She was very accommodating to my husband's and my schedules. We had some issues with the seller and repairs and Lyn really went to bat for us. She truly went above and beyond what we expected. She made the whole process seem so easy and flawless. We were expecting everything to be long and drawn out, but Lyn had us in closing within a month of putting our initial offer in. We highly recommend Lyn to anyone looking to buy or sell a home!

July, 2013, I put my home on the market in what I kept hearing was a very hot market. The first day I had several showings, I was very excited! However, this went on for many months and no offerings. The realtor I had at that time had not been in my house since the day we signed the papers, I was frustrated! I noticed my neighbor across the street put their house on the market and it sold within a couple of weeks--my frustration grew, so I contacted Lyn who was the realtor who sold the house across the street. Once Lyn went to work, I could tell the difference in realtors. Her heart and soul was involved in selling my home. She personally staged it. She consulted with me almost on a daily basis. Although, it still took a while for my home to sell, Lyn was there for me the whole time. Even when my first offer fell through at the last minute, she regrouped and re-staged and then re-sold my home within days. Her homes sell quickly, she is engaged, she is involved, she is extremely knowledgeable of the Elk Creek Crossing area. I would highly recommend Lyn not only for her selling and real estate experience and knowledge, but her staging talent. All I can say is beautiful. Overall, I cannot say enough good things about Lyn. She's a true professional. Don't pass her up!!

Great lady, she sold my town home fast, staged, listed and sold in only a few months, she was always there to answer any of my questions or concerns. Very positive and energetic women, who knows what to place in the home and knows the right price to sell it for. She made the process of selling our home effortless, I listened to Lyn and her expertise and once I did a few improvements and fixes I got full asking price!

Lyn provided a fantastic home selling experience for my family. She did an incredible job staging our home (although I will say we did a lot of work too in order to make it happen, great teamwork!) and advising us along the way on what to expect. We had several showings our first day on the market and multiple offers, selling our home in about 12 hours! Lyn made the entire process go smoothly for us and we can't say enough great things about working with her. If we were staying in Omaha, we'd definitely be working with her again!
